      Second night trying Lucid Dreaming

Two nights ago I listened to Subliminal 3.0 from ninja before bed and had these dreams - It felt like they were lucid.

      1. Intense sex with one of my ex's
      2. An online game I used to play, Call of Duty, I was playing a match in it dominating or leading the scoreboards
      3. I got picked up to play in the finals of the world water polo finals

Then last night I listened to subliminal recall, along with 3.0 afterwards

      Here's what happened

I fell asleep and dreamt about myself sleeping in my bed. The image projected on the back of my eyelids (felt like) so it felt like I didn't fall asleep. I awoke about 2-3 times last night and it was the same deal. I had 1 dream, not sure if lucid but I didn't have full control. In the dream I just made choices of what I would do subconsciously.

It seems like I did the WILD technique. I was reading up on it, focused on internal sensations and my breathing and I went into that state where I dreamt about myself dreaming lol.

You can have plenty of control in non-lucid dream too. The sole difference in LD is that you are totally aware that you are dreaming, thus you need to have a realization during the dream. For me, it is a distinct feeling when I become lucid. I feel like the whole world is vibrating and everything becomes clear.
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

those sound like nice dreams but you don't appear to have been luicid. You are lucid once you realise everything around you is a dream and "wake up" while still asleep and are truly "there". The fact that you dreamt about being lucid means you are on the right track- keep going and I'm sure true lucids will come soon!

Then I have never in my life been lucid then.

I read WILD, DILD tutorials but they are not very clear on "how to" just on "what happens" and RC's etc...

hi! no worries your time will come when it will you'll know beyond conjecture that you are having a lucid dream- what's more you'll be thinking that while you are still dreaming- that's the entire point, and it's indubitably marvelous!
