This is how and why I had my first lucid dream. It happened waaayyyy before I knew what lucid dreaming even was, so it happened completely by chance. I had been having the same dream for many nights, and in one of those same dreams, I actually said OUT LOUD in my dream, "Hey, I've had this dream before!" That was actually years ago, so I didn't think it was such a big deal, but now that I know, I am really excited!
