      And another!

I had my 2nd lucid dream last night Instead of my first one which lastest under a minute (where i had very little control) this one lasted what seemed around 30 minutes and i remembered various things from this board to keep in the dream such as looking at feet, spinning a new scene worked too, i was also in total control of everything. I said to myself what i wanted to see then spun and there it was I rid the world of aliens, drove around and spent some time with a certain lady friend 8)

Early on i seemed to have total control but as the dream progressed i found myself forgetting i was dreaming then remembering, so there were parts of the dream where nothing much happened and i wished i had remembered i was in control. Part of the dream i was just cuddling with a girl and i felt happy and relaxed, could this be why i lost control, because i became so relaxed? Has anyone had similar experiences in losing control/forgetting? And any tips of countering this?

Sweet! The first long one is always awesome, it just makes you feel so good.

As for not losing lucidity like you did, you seem to have the opposite problem of most people. Generally, they get too excited about having a lucid, and loose focus. It sounds like you're problem has the same result, though: the loss of focus. The only tip I can really offer is to do reality checks often while LDing, even though you know you're dreaming. It should help to reinforce the idea that it's all a dream, and to keep at least a little of your attention on that.
Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.
