Has something you've created ever woken you up?
In a LD had yesterday I grabbed another me out of a thought bubble that appeared above my head and I went into the bubble as a funny idea to get away from someone trying to kill me. Then at the end of the dream I saw the other me and he was angry at me and he binded me with chains and a dragon came out of a portal behind me and was about to attack me, which woke me up.
Has something like this ever happened to anyone?

Wow, sounds heavy.
I donno, maybe your lucidity for now? Or maybe just the surprise of having control knocked the ability right out of you? Not sure on that one.
I know my first LD had that effect, but I've been getting more and more control little by little.

All the freaking time. \: hit by cars. falling off buildings. Punched in the face. Aneything that has a hard impact tends to wake me up.
ruens my experience. i now shy away from doing exciting things like flying incase i loose controll and. well Die ahaa.

I attempted to "spawn" the woman I'm in love with, and I woke up, just like the dream crashed.

Tried to open a door to my dream guide. I think I may not have been ready to find it though because I immediately lost lucidity and woke up. Earlier this same dream I tried to fly and lost lucidity but didn't wake.
