      Had my 2nd LD!

      Oh my gosh! it was great! It didn't last very long, about 5 minutes but much longer and greater than the first one it was so exciting this site is really working for me! but I'd like to know how to gain control, I could control myself but it was limited and I tried rubbing my hands to extend the dream like someone said but it didn't work?

      Congratulation!

      On my second LD I got a blurry vision at the half-top and clear at half-bottom. I was feeling like my body weights 2x more and it lasted like 1 min. How it was in yours?

      To gain control, you must stay calm.
      Don't get over excited.
      Rubbing your hands should work, and also touching things in the dream world will make it more clear for you to work with.
      Also, doing RC's here and there.
      Such as looking at your hands, and counting your fingers, or looking at text, looking away, and back.
      But staying calm is the key thing. If you try to do something, and it doesn't work, stay calm, and don't get too frustrated, or you'll end up waking yourself up.
