      Your first lucid dream.

What was your first LD like, did it suck, what happened? Usually first LDs suck either you wake up right away or you lose lucidity fast or your bombarded with obstacles. In my 1st LD I woke up in a matter of seconds.

It was a bit confusing at the time. I was probably in a lower level of lucidity, so I wasn't real sure it was it until I got more familiar with the concept. Anyway:

1 - I appeared in bed and my arms looked spectral and orange. I got up and got "solid" again.
2 - I tried to make the window shade go away, it started to smoke where I touched it. I wanted it gone. I think it exploded.
3 - I changed the night sky so it would look the way I once saw it on a road in the middle of nowhere. The stars spined around polaris as if in a movie.
4 - I couldn't see it properly because of the street lights, so I put them all out.
5 - The night was a bit cold so my body warmed up to compensate.

      I then slipped to non-lucid.

      Busy night.

Mine was pretty mundane, events-wise! I randomly became lucid in an afternoon nap-turned DILD. I was sitting in a car when it felt like I suddenly "switched on". I got so excited everything started to fade, but I remembered a stabilisation method- touch stuff. I pressed the eject button on the car stereo and a tape popped out, which I turned over in my hand for a bit to keep me in the dream. I'll never forget how real it seemed, lifting my arm, consciously using the muscles but knowing it wasn't real... one of the weirdest experiences of my life!

my first was last night, and it went good. everything that i said happend, except at the end, 3 people didn't disapear.

it started with me and my girlfriend at school, but there were a lot of people around, so i said "leave" and they did. Then about 5 minutes later 3 people came, and when i said "leave" they then tryed to kill me and rape my girlfriend, then i said i could fly, and i could. i was then going to get my girlfriend out of there, but then woke up.
