well depends how you goin into wild. if your relaxed it will be easier for you to wild. and i dont hear scary noises or shocks. once in a blue moon ill get a shock, it will just wake you up. and its a calm process. if you going into your wild relaxed and calm then its a smooth process. i wild all the time. its real easy.

In the rare instances I do WILD, I feel tingles and falling sensations, mostly.

No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.

yes you can feel shocks and hear noices, but it's nothing to freak out over. I feel myself going numb, and a feeling like you're getting much lighter and about to drift away.

When ever i try to do a WILD and it starts to happen my heart beats does your heart beat like this?
Yesterday or today when i tried it, i rememeber my self lifting my body up and i was looking at my pillow and was moving my head but i knew that my head was still, it seemed that i could see through my closed eyes, was this a lucid? Also i remmeber my self moving my fingers but i knew that my fingers were still and my eyes were closed.
Could have i gone into a WILD from that stage?

I dont understand wilding, while you want to wild, your mind will still be a bit focussed on the fact that you WANT to wild. Thats what messess it up for me. Because my mind knows i want to wild, it doesent. Because while im doing the process, ill never stop forgetting that i want to wild.

I get a soft sinking feeling in my forehead, while the rest of my body lifts up and vanishes... It's kind of like my head and body go in separate directions.

It varies for me. Sometimes its very mild, and sometimes I shake so violently it feels like I might explode. The trick is to remember its just a feeling, it can't harm you in any way so you just have to wait it out.

My problem is that most often I get excited once it actually starts happening, so I get full of energy and wake up again.

Everyone experiences sleep paralysis differently. Some people hear things, some people see things, and some of these things can be scary. When I am going into sleep paralysis, I feel very tingly, and get very numb.
