Well usually the lucid fragments are dreams you early in the night. Like when I get lucid fragments, where I know I was lucid, but it was just a bit hazy, it's usually when I jump straight into lucidity when I fall asleep at night.. then wake up after the lucid is over, but quickly fall back asleep. So I don't really have time to write it down, so I only get bits and pieces.

Is that what your talking about?

But other than that, most of my dreams and lucids are pretty put together.
