Finally! A lucid dream for me!

Well, It happened! I saw a super weird dream, in which basically every concept of my life was twisted... I remember waiting to go to school. It was night. I saw very unusual things, but thought they were normal. I started walking towards the school. When I turned around the corner It was afternoon, and the sky was cloudy. There were other people in a dream, one of them I knew - he was a badass from another dream. (I dont remember which one). So I'm walking past one old man's house, and I feel wind. Strong wind. I move forward, but the wind just keeps getting stronger and stronger. Other people on a street just wait in place, while I struggle really hard. Suddenly I feel that the wind is just too strong. I fail, and step backwards a bit. Next thing I know - I'm in the air and the twister is about to lift me higher. I grab a small tree and see old man rushing to help me. He holds my hand while I grab another tree. The sensation is amazing. I feel it just ripping me off the tree. I wonder why other people dont feel the wind, but my mind tricks me with irrational explanation. Suddenly wind subsides and I see sky clears. Old man explains me some stuff. Next thing I know Is I'm in another country in a very dark alley. I know it's wrong and I perform a RT. I look at a can and read something, then i read it again and it's changed. But I'm not sure, I decide to double check, but my exitement is too big... I feel enormous powers within me. And I shout "YAAAAAAAAAY!" And I wake up...

Ive never felt any wind in my dreams.. i wonder why. I had my first lucid dream the same night as you . Congrats on lucidity

Yesterday i had a lucid dream in witch i felt the wind. Actually that was the thing that made me think that i'm not dreaming despite the fact that a moment before i was flying. It was low lucidity but i was in the dream for about 10 minutes and that was an achievement

LOL, try not being so excited next time Its good to see that you enjoyed the sensation of being in the tornado. As for I, I had a very bad experience within a dream concerning tornados. I hope I get to feel the wind next time in a more pleasant dream.

Congrads Ev. Now that you've experienced the concept the hardest part would be keeping a cool attitude once you find out you are lucid. Im gonna tell ya its not easy. I've been Naturally Lucid since I was a Little child but to this Day I can still get overly Excited about something and pre-maturely wake-up because my excitement level is too high. Lets take your Idea you've mentioned last week. I actually applied it in my Lucid Dreams. Im speaking of Getting a NewsPaper with a Future Date on it and trying to read it. Well I had gotten one and I looked at the date without returning to it because you can only read material in a dream once, if you don't catch it the first time even in a Lucid Dream then its altered. So I checked the date and it said May 17, 2028 I was way too excited that the newspaper was future dated I faded out and woke up. So just remember to keep cool. But its way too much fun....haha

Just take your time once you realize your dreaming Dont say it audibly, just think it through, do a few more RC's, and relax, start out by trying small things, etc. take deep breaths if you can...and stuff like that Have you ever tried to step in my shoes?! Have you ever tried to balance on that beam?! And if you ever tried to step in my shoes, They’d never be quite as soft as they seemed. [/b]
