Sorry D;
I had a dream in which I fell down on the floor and apparently fell asleep. In the dream I had I discovered it was a dream with the hand reality check. I didn't do much, I walked downstairs from my bedroom, to the kitchen. Then I woke up, but I was still in the kitchen o.O so it was a dream of me having a lucid dream, because I also don't remember even having control of myself.
I woke up.

I was really tired so I didn't even bother to switch on the light, but I did a reality check and went back to sleep. In my next dream I was in class, fighting with a friend. Suddenly, for some reason, I did a reality check and two of my fingers were stuck together in a really scary looking way (I remember saying "LOOK HOW WEIRD MY FINGERS LOOK HAHA THIS IS A DREAM" to one of my friends) and the dream continued on for a while, I tried flying and teleporting myself to New York.
The dream ended after spinning around trying to get the dreamscape to become New York, and it didn't work. The dreamscape faded into blue lights and before I woke up I saw this cartoonish girl waking up and saying "GEEZ THAT WAS SO AWESOME!"

Why am I not sure this was a lucid dream?
Well, firstly, I am not even sure any more if I was actually in control or not (I'm new at this so my recall isn't very good yet). Also, the dreamscape didn't fade like you guys described, and I'd expect my fingers to like... change but they kept being stuck together for a while. I read a piece of paper with LD goals because I didn't have any yet and I think some of it was gibberish but I remember reading the word "JUMP", and when I discovered it was a dream the dreamscape didn't fade and I wasn't even THAT excited. It was a lot like the first, fake lucid, and the girl at the end was REALLY strange too. Was it a dream about having a lucid dream again? :/

On the other hand, I remember doing all the things I'd usually do in a lucid dream: flying, eating fries, trying to go to New York, I even had a camera in my hands at some point (I LOVE. photography.)

If it was a lucid dream, it would be a lovely first one. If it wasn't, it was an amazing dream.

Sorry if I seem really dumb or something, I never had an LD before so I have no idea what it's like :/
(And I'm Dutch so my English is a bit wacky.)
