I'm ex military and a big fan of sci-fi. I found that the easiest way for me to get a lucid dream is to watch videos back to back of whatever I want to dream about. My last lucid dream (last night) was about my own episode of "Ghost In The Shell".
Before bed I compose an audio track of key words and phrases that really catch my attention. I'll listen to the audio track while im falling asleep. I also use a fan to take out unwanted noises and what not. Usually i go to bed when im starting to get really tired and i make sure to use the restroom and not have anything to drink 2 hours before bed.
Anyways back to my lucid dream.
I was playing togasa (section 9 member that is 99.9% human and ex cop) but with my own morals and stuff. I was trying to get secret documents to the chief and the major (best character of the show imo) was having trouble protecting me from some unknown cyborg. As I started to make distance between the two fighting the unknown just totally smashes the major and comes at me. Picking up the car the unknown says, "could your major pick up a car?" I get a chill thinking, "Oh no." Tossing the car the unknown says, "how could she have ever beaten me?" Right before the car goes up in flames a lot of 0 and 1 cross my mind and all of a sudden im standing in front of the unknown. Car behind me on fire. All of a sudden Ihave super human power like characters on bleach do. I leap/flash right in front of the cyborg with my palm on his chest. I say, "and how did you expect to win if you couldn't even follow my movements?" I blast the cyborg right though the chest with a massive wave of energy.
Next thing I remember is crying about the major and wanting revenge on whoever created the cyborg. Then some how I am now the major on a new case still injured (which doesn't make sense because she got a new body) and the case is at a factory that created the cyborg. Dream stops here due to alarm clock...
