      First Lucid...Reality Checks really do work :D

      So last night I remeber having this very vivid lucid dream. It was completely unintenional; but I guess it could be considered a DILD because my reality checks are what brought on the lucid. So for about a month, I've been asking myself, "am I dreaming? Why would I be dreaming?" Then I would answer myself quite thoroughly. So that's how it happened. I believe that I've overthought having a Lucid and how to get one for so long, that that is why I have never gotten one....if that made sense haha
