2 amazing long vivid dreams.

I'm not saying this helped but i tried jeff's tutorial on trying to trick your body into falling asleep and had no hope. But a few hours later i experienced what felt like hours of a dream. It was the end of the world and other strange thing's happened that i wouldn't do at the end of the world but i wont go into that dream. And afterwards i had a not that long, but i was working in tesco's and didnt know what to do and there was this group of people in the toilet and i wont go into it.. i tried some sushi with people. Theres more to those dreams but i wont go into. And i didnt write them down so i suppose ive forgot some of it by now. But they definetly stuck in my mind. And they were definetly more vivid than usual. Trying out that technique of jeff's i almost got through it (what it felt like) I was trying to keep still but the test was unbearable, there was absolutely no way i was going to go through it. But, i kept still and the weight of my legs was as if they were floating in a weird position. I could of moved if i wanted to. Now and again i think i saw flashes of light, but i doubt it was HH or whatever it's called. But i definetly felt a weight for sure. I don't think i ever felt it before. And it was at about 1 am and i didnt have a few hours under my belt. But i didnt try WBTB with this, so maybe that would of increased my chances maybe. But in the end i was too tired, so i gave up. I didnt concentrate too much on going into SP, i just tried to avoid the twitches and urges to move as much as i can. But it was hard.. and i was tired, so i just went to sleep. Thoughts & tips anyone?
