Yes, 969 VERY MUCH SO. After I began meditation (this takes time. TIME IS KEY!) I had THE MOST lucid dreams (I did not realize i was dreaming, on another note) but the vividness of the dream was spectacular! Please, don't give up so easily, just keep on. Take a break every once in a while, but keep it in your mind always!

Moved to new thread, as workbooks are for students to post their experiences and/or discuss them with each other.

To answer your question, meditation can help with lucid dreaming. Regarding MILD and telling yourself you'll have a lucid dream (that's called using a mantra, something you repeat over and over), I'll post this helpful tutorial on focal meditation. I do recommend however, that you read at least Lesson 1 before reading this one, as the first lesson covers the basics of meditation, and explains some key stuff.

There is a chant I heard not too long ago that goes like so:

"The next time I am dreaming, I will realize I am dreaming. Am I dreaming right now? Is this a dream?"
(i'm pretty sure there is another line after the last)

I recite this very often, however I've gotten little progression from it. But now that I've started my Dream Journal, I plan to continue perusing meditation and the inner controlled world of my dreams.
