This was my first real "attempt" at lucidity. I have been lucid before, and have exerted a large amount of control as well. I additionally have read about all the sorts of methods, but really dislike anything that requires me to wake up. I additionally have never really kept a dream journal.

So I am walking out of the Barnes and Noble's bookstore near my house (which I went to Thursday), and I notice that my car is totally messed up. All the doors are open and I notice that the roof is slanted and the car is really just screwed up. At this point my thought process is totally wacked and I just realize that I am dreaming. I start to lose control and the dream starts to fade. I spin, and come back. I take it and drive to the Chick-fil-a that is near the bookstore. I get out and meet my friends coming out of the store. Then I look behind me and notice a guy getting back into my car (which was unlocked) and I grab my keys and try to lock it as fast as I can. He is locked out. He starts to come towards me and then my not very intimidating friend intimidates the guy into leaving me alone. I think I recall later getting into a knife fight with the guy.

Next part of the dream I am in a small town near Waco TX, but I think I am in Denton/Krum, TX (which is 3 hours North or more). I get on my phone for google maps and search an address. A large green arrow comes down and points to the house next to me, but I am afraid to knock. I remember having my Corolla and stuff.
