Biography:

Hi, my name is Alvaro and all my life I've wondered if it was possible to sleep at night and be able to wake up inside your dream and do whatever you desire with out consequences. I remember I once had a lucid dream however the dream that I was having was very unorthodox and bazaar. I mean I felt that i was conscious enough to realize i was inside my dream but I was powerless. I mean maybe it was because I couldn't believe it was happening. As soon as i woke up i had a really bad headache.

Regardless, I've now done my research and just found out about lucid dreaming. I think it would be an amazing experience to be "awake" the whole night but more exciting with out any limitations. I wish to accomplish such goal and so I have began a dream journal as the website explains. I'm really good at remembering my dreams and I've herd that's a great advantage. With patience and practice, i hope to successfully create a lucid dream.
