    1. Yeah , I don't see why those guys were telling you how the stuff you said was wrong, and they definitley weren't very nice about it… Please don't leavr the forum because of them, I love your guide! If you have other guides I would love to read them too!

And tommorow, I will post my LD when i use the floor crawl technique. I'm on my iPod right now, so it's hard to copy and paste from my DJ. I hope I get the chance to use your technique again tonight!
    2. I'm glad it worked for you! The crawling technique is a very effective tool for stabilizing, much more so than hand rubbing. Your constant nose RC also helped. Keep reminding yourself that you are lucid is key to long lucid dreams, as pointed out Robert Waggoner in his excellent book Gateway to Inner Self. What you did also fits my tip of "keeping small goals". In all, I'm happy for you. An hour long (or what it feels like) is exciting. I'd appreciate it if you can post your experience to my thread as somehow I'm being bombarded by some people who apparently have the only interest of showing off their lucid dreaming prowess than helping us average LDers. I was so upset by the fact that my good intention was met with such negativity that I was considering abandoning the whole thread... maybe even the whole forum . Seeing positive feedbacks like yours definitely cheers me up! Thank you!
    3. Hey, thanks for the guide on stabilizing! I had an hour long LD last night, and it might have to do with the fact that I used your floor crawl technique. I also nose-plug RCed over and over during the dream to keep reminding myself I'm lucid.
