    Biography:
I have been having lucid dreams every night for as long as I can remember (which adds up to over 20 years of lucid dreaming). The only time I can recall not being in full control was when I experienced sleep paralysis at the end of a lucid dream about 8 years ago. I've discovered that all things can be practiced in dreams, and believe it or not I taught myself to snowboard in a dream. I don't know if it's related to the lucid dreams or not but I always seem to wake up exactly when I was planning to. I'll set my alarm, but I always wake up a few minutes before it's due to go off. Well that's about it, any questions feel free to ask.

    An interesting development

I was in a lucid dream the other night, flying through streets filled with lights. I was being followed by someone, he was wearing green. I went into a building and got into the elevator. I didn't want my follower to join me so he turned and ran away. I pressed the button to go to the basement, but when the doors opened I was in an upper floor office. I decided that I wanted to fly so I jumped out the window. For some reason I had a hard time maintaining flight and headed for the ground, slowely. I closed my eyes in the dream and concentrated a bit harder. When I opened my eyes I was in the air again. I should point out that for me it's very unusual to lose control like that. It was night and I started flying over a small park then the very strang thing happened. I started feeling a sort of strange, I'm not sure how to describe it. It's a bit like the inner ear vibration you feel when you yawn, or when you concentrate really hard on your ears. Anyway it didn't feel right so I just woke up.
