No not really, since you are using auto suggestion you wake up right at the end of your dream but you have no transitioned yet, you can just extend the rem period, its not set in stone. Some people are capable of chaining over ten lucid dreams using Deild.
If my dream ends and I try to DEILD, wont I have to wait until another REM cycle starts?
Hey man, I actually don't remember how long it took, I'd say around a month or two (could have been less cause I was also trying mild at the time). Yup you can Deild at nearly anytime when you wake up, when the dreams ends is actually the perfect time. Sometimes you wake up from nothing and it can be hard not to fall asleep and remember a previous dream but you can overcome that once you learn.
Hey dude, i've seen a few of your posts talking about DEILD. How long did it take you to have your first sucessful DEILD? Also can you DEILD right after a dream ends, like if I make myself wake up after a dream naturally? (usi g autosuggestion)
