Last night I made a poor attempt at a WILD. I Had only been askeep for two hours when I woke up to pee. I forgot what it felt like since it has been so long since I last tried so I got too excited/scared and woke up(not an FA). I could have gotten it I just imagined a setting to enter mysekf into a dream.. I forgot and I obvously made myself think too much of SP rather than manifesting my dream.. I've recently had an LD dryspell bc I have been trying hard for the past 3 days with no success. I'll just assume last night as SOME progress.

Well, I have been away for awhile(over four years), but I am always drawn back to the site because of my great interest in lucid dreaming. I have since interested a lot of my friends in the topic as well. It seems that they have more of a difficult time becoming lucid than I do, I usually have one about once a week at least depending on my schedule. In the mean time, though, I have managed to perfect flying in my dreams but I still have issues recognizing false awakenings and "staying on task" once I become lucid.
Also, I would like to add that I ordered Dreamer's Blend off of iamshaman.com.. I smoked it as well as made a tea (Yuck btw) with it for four consecutive nights. Three of the first four nights I did manage to have pretty intense and lengthy lucid dreams, but the additional California Poppy (sleep inducer), made me very drowsy and therefore limited how vivid the lucid dreams were. I would recommend either Calea Zacatechichi or Blue Vervain alone rather than the blend.
