      thanks sensei !
      im trying some meditation music thing tonight, your supposed to repeat your mantra or something while its on and while your falling asleep. oh also, i was going through my dream journal trying to figure out some dream signs, and all i could get was new paltz, family, and YOU. i also wanna know how the class went?

      Have you ever gotten so close in your SP stage where its the transformation from reality to lucidity? You can feel your body sinking into your bed? But then all the sudden you awaken out of it...

      You see them on the walls, in your bed, on you legs, they can manifest anywhere anyhow. They can be scary sometimes but don't freak out. Again, it's all in your mind.

    It was winter, i was outside of my house when i looked up the driveway and saw children running away from something terrible. I didn't know what it was but i became scared to so i ran inside. That is all i remember.
