    Not much to say. Big, bearded, lightly inked Viking. Looking to incorporate this fantastic tool into my life.

    I have severe sleep apnea and use a CPAP. I also tend to sleep deep and hard, and rarely wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle.

    I work a Continental Shift. This means, I work a 12-hour shift; on two days, off two days, on two days, off three days. My shift is an overnight shift, and my sleep cycle is during the day. :-/
