i had probably 6 or seven short little dreams this morning. i also had full body numbness trying to stay conscious while going back to sleep. so i was close!

One of the dreams i had was that my step-father, who pretty much hates me, had bought me an ipad because he had felt bad for yelling at me the night before. (which he had in real life). the ipad was bigger than they are in real life and it was kind of floppy. i remember i found it in my house then being extremely happy when i found out it was mine. i remember enjoying all the multi touch features and just messing around with it really. i took it out back on my deck and sat in the porch swing and played with it. then i took it upstairs and set it next to my laptop on a tv tray (thats not there in real life, but we do own them). i was just like wow i'm a fortunate guy, with an ipad a laptop and 4 guitars.Then i woke up and was kind of pissed! cause it meant my step-dad was still mad at me and i didnt have an ipad haha. im still pretty fortunate though. weird to learn something from a dream.

I had a short dream after that one that was me being mad that the dream was just a dream and not real life. but then my computer had been upgraded and i could touch the computer screen just like an ipad. my mom and i were playing around with the laptop on one of those tv trays, in the kitchen this time (weird that these things keep poppin up because i havent so much as looked at those things in a few years). i went up and sat in bed with my laptop. i was gonna watch a movie on my computer (taken). while playing a N64 game on an emulator. then i figured my computer would slow down with a movie running so i stopped the movie. then i couldnt play the game so i popped the disk out and it said there was another movie in there (it was a christian bale movie but i cant remember which now). kind of a pointless dream but im glad i could remember some details like that.

Another dream i had was a short one in the morning. i remember it had a set of marching band tenor drums laying on their side on the stage of the auditorium, facing the rest of the seats in the auditorium. some friendly black guy had a cap gun that shot actual stinging caps out of it. there were several people there and the point was to touch one of the drums without being shot. actually i think he said the point was to be the last one to touch one of the drums, but i thought that was dumb and charged them anyway. This guy shot you no matter what though. I was fired up several times. i used some strategy and thought about what i was doing, which is weird for a dream (so semi lucid? i cant remember, im still working on my dream recall), i would pick up these blue chairs and hide behind them. we dont have those blue chairs in my high school though, only in the church i renovated a while ago. Even though he would pop the top of my head every time. it also appeared that i had an inventory of some kind? in the top right hand corner of my vision, but only when i was completely fired up and had to get off the stage (it was green and blinky with white letters, i cant remember what its from now but i feel like its familiar). which i still had to run because he continued shooting me. i remember one instance pretty vividly where i dropped the chair i was holding, started to run away, got messed up with a cap gun, then watched my inventory drop to zero. as i reached the right side of the stage.

This is only a fragment and i didnt really want to write it down. This is my first time using something on this site and i would like to get better at lucid dreaming so i figure i should right down everything i can.

My memory is coming back in at running for my life from a bunch of aliens that i cant see. There are several other people with me that i cant remember specifically. There were a lot of sensors that, when tripped, turned on a bunch of bright lights and caused me to be discovered. (I think the lights are taken from the movie I Am Legend which i just watched over the weekend.) the scenery reminds me of war trenches over a big battlefield but with much more grass. i finally get inside a building and go up to the second or third floor. (the journey up those floors i cannot remember though.) the building is not an exact copy of the church i just renovated in real life but the rooms are VERY similar. so, naturally , i start pulling all the stuff off the walls so i can renovate the room. a person from my high school marching band was there whom i never speak to. she seemed to be working for the aliens and watching over my work. i remember the step of pulling out nails that were in the wall after i had ripped something down, and i had all the nails in my hand. i could feel the nails. the room next door i had to renovate to but for some reason i wanted to run away or hide the room from her. so when she went to open the door i said it was locked. so she went out into the hallway and around the other side to another door. i quickly stepped in the room and found it renovated also.(just like how the setup is at my church.) then i went over to the door and made a screeching noise to scare the person and not want them to open it. she came back around and said we shouldnt do that room because theres something in there. that was the end of that. right before i walked into the hallway i grabbed something next to the door. it looked like cotton candy. (tasted like it too). then one of my other friends said oh do you like my cotton candy unicorn? then she got into a conversation with another person there who claimed she left there subs in the car... my friend said, i didnt know they were in there! as the other person said you could smell them! which led to her greatest quote of my dream. oh i didnt know, i thought it was one of my "well developed farts." haha then i think i woke up or lost memory of it.

there was much more dreaming before this one but i woke up in between and i cant remember. i do remember that it was an amazing and really long dream though. if i remember it through out the day ill make sure i write it down.

if there is anything wrong with how i posted or anything of that sort, please let me know. i'm new and couldnt find any type of formatting. i also wanted to get the dream down before forgetting it early this morning. thanks if anyone reads this
