I just happened to be reading your thread about turning random SP into LD's and I just recognised that the exact same things happen to me. The whole float out of your body and the feeling of going down a Roller Coaster. And of course when your about to enter sleep you get jolted awake. I can't believe I'm not the only one who experiences the same things as you.
