Karen - I visited your blog and wanted to talk to you about your experiences. I have been looking for someone else who has experienced this...I had an experience that was lucid many years ago and I have never met anyone else who had a similar one, until you. In my dream, I hovered above my body, and was lucid enough to wonder what I looked like while 'out'. I was Golden Light with glitter or sparkles inside. BEAUTIFUL! I also helped someone cross over and when I returned to my body - was devastated. I went from feeling as if I had no problems or worries and being light - to gravity and all of my own self doubt hitting me. I hope you are still active here. I left a note on your blog too.
