thank you man, I tried hundred times ( without wbtb ) to AP ( wich i think is the same to WILD ) but no success, the best part i came across is the Buzzy sound in my ears when I was watching TV 3 years ago. the problem is a still for about 1 hour or more relaxing my body, i feel the energy covering my body from outside but never entered sleep paralysis. the other problem is I can't stop the argue to roll over. and the same thing with WBTB, when trying wbtb I get bored immediately and go back to sleep. I don' know, but I think you are good with AP/OBE and i want you tofind for me the best path and technique to use. thanks and sorry for long post
