      My friend experienced something called "Sleep Paralysis", which caused him to be paralyzed from moving and he actually hallucinated a man walking into his room with a knife. Now of course I'm not trying to scare you, but I just want you to know things like this do happen. Its best to stay off your back. This is a very rare occurence so don't worry about it too much and keep lucid dreaming!
