Biography:

I'm constantly unsure of how exactly I acheive a lucid dream. If anything, drinking alcohol (on occasion) has given my dreams a certain vivacity about them, as opposed to my normal dreams. It would be helpful if I understood what not to eat and drink, i.e. is Tea okay? I've lost count of exactly how many times I've left lucid dreamed, but I've practiced the art on and off over the years. I must say, doing reality checks during the day has not really helped, it seems in my dreams that sometimes I do them and sometimes I do not.
