    Tonight I was dreaming about flying a plane and dropping "missiles" on the ground. I observed the land and it was hazy as small explosions took up. I remember wondering in a dream what would happen if i dropped a massive Tsar bomb (nuclear weapon I watched a documentary on about a month ago) I then woke up and did a WBTB went to the restroom.

    Second dream was a little bit more clear as I went to the balcony of my old apartment in which i lived long time ago in Rostov, Russia. I remember stepping out outside with my wife to the balcony and noticing the stars (DREAM SIGN) I also remember that the balcony stretching out indefinitely which was another dream sign. I also remember looking to my right and noticing that about 20 feet away from me was a black person with dreadlocks but i could not really see him really well and he was smocking a cigarette. I remember my wife swinging on the balcony back and worth as I tried to look at the stars and the forrest near us. The dream then ended.

    Before bed I drank a herbal nighttime tea took relax all supplement with 600 mg of alpha GPC in a few days I will take 600 MG alpha GPC, 8 mg Galantamine and Valerian extract as it helped me get lucid and not stay awake.
