First Lucid Dream and False Awakening

by Scorch on 04-19-2011 at 06:35 AM
I've trying to have a lucid dream for the past 2 months, so this brought me a lot of joy (and confusion). I went to bed at 11:30 and had to get up around 7:40, so I was very tired when I woke up at 7:20. I layed back on my side and apparently fell asleep.
I remember being in a warehouse in the middle of the desert looking for valuable gems I could take.

I heard a noise and decided to sneak out the back which lead to an airport in a city. I opened the doors to the airport and I see a bank being robbed. My friend from school walks over to participate, at which point I became lucid because that was out of character for him.

It seemed to last just a few minutes, but I had the most amazing feeling when I thought, "This is a dream". I changed the scene to one of a comfortable living room just to think about the fact I was lucid.
Then I sleepily awoke full of joy for what seemed like ten minutes.
I should of reality checked because my brothers bed was replaced by a dishwasher (no idea). Then I turned to go back into my room and woke up for real at exactly 7:50.

I really want to have another lucid dream now.
