    1. Sorry for the late response.

Anyways, to help with your 3rd person problem; if it's lucid dreams, you should try to focus, maybe close your eyes in the dream and try to imagine what real life is like, then open your eyes while thinking of that image, and it should come to life around you in 1st person.

If it's non-lucid dreams, then that's a lot trickier. The chances of success with this are very low. But you could try some sort of auto-suggestion (that's repeating a mantra to yourself over and over). So for example, you could repeat to yourself "i will dream in first person".
You would constantly repeat it to yourself as you're falling asleep right up until you fall asleep, so it's the last thing you think of. And you could repeat it to yourself every so often throughout the day (although doing it while falling asleep is probably the most important bit)
    2. Hey I wondering if you could help me with a problem I've been dealing with. My dreams are always switching my view point, I always see myself if 3rd person, and when I do small things I'm in first person. It's like my dreams are movies. Is there anything I can do to make it always in first person? Thanks
