im freaking out! i had a bad experience today while asleep. I google my experience and got me to this site. So, This is my experience of my sleep paralysis. First, I dont meditate, But i know when is going to happen.. I feel like someone is drugging me like when you go the hospital and they give u anesthesia.... i try to wake up and i cant, i know im not dreaming. It usually happens twice and then i wake up. I experience tingling sensation all over my body.. And I feel my whole body shaking hard, then i felt like someone was drilling in my head. I woke up for two second and went back to sleep again and the second time was worst. Im conscious cause i keep telling myself it will be over soon...

I pray do everything that is possible for me to wake up... Now i have a big migraine and i also wake up crying... please give me advise....
