Have been having dreams but can't fully remember. all i know is there are very stressed and mixed emotions...sometimes as i fall asleep i feel like i can't breath...but im breathing fine. i feel my body tingle especially in my face and hands and it seems my surroundings are in sloow motion. i begin to gasp for air and im afraid to go back to sleep...i feel weak to the point i sleep fine during the day. i no it makes me very emotional. sometimes i can remember my dreams but usually if i wake up to fast...everything is a blur sometimes i confuse my dreams with reality...if i just wake up and try to do something i still feel like im in my dream state...its a scary feeling...i do weird stuff in my sleep ill be half awake half asleep.i tend to act out my dream...i talk and mumble ..yet i keep doing it as if i have no control .... like im weak. sometimes ill wake up and i can see things clearly...yet every thing should be pitch black....its so weird.
