    Experience #1 - To induce and sleep

    This is TechSupport.

    OCT/03/2011 - I woke up this monring with a feeling that my dreams during this last evening were not lucid at all. I went to bed focused on saying to myself: "I will have a lucid dream this night", over and over.
    However, no results achieved this evening. Will try harder this evening.

    PS: I have a feeling that a cold shower might help.
