Hi. My name is Eric or Untamedchaos as i often go by online and I have to say I'm excited to join dreamviews because in my life I don't know anyone that's lucid dreamed more than once or twice, so I have no one to compare notes with.
Now, to understand the kind of lucid dreaming I've done, you need to know how I started- It just happened to me.
When I went through puberty my brain changed and I became a chronic insomniac and a lucid dreamer, which sounds like a contradiction but isn't. How was I lucid? I believe now it is known as the DILD method, where I was in a dream and I just realized it. And this has happened to me almost every night since I was 12, that I did get sleep I should add, and I'm 24 now.
