So I was in a debate team but it was 5 vs 50 people and I didn't actually know what we were debating. Then we're given these articles to read about whether it is acceptable or not to remove other people's limbs. Naturally I was on the team that was against the removal of limbs, however it seemed that the rest of the world were not of the same opinion, for when it was my turn to talk I started receiving large amounts of abuse, both from the crowd and from the opposition team. I said "It's ok if you accidentally lose a limb, like in an accident with a guillotine or something". Sadly I was no longer able to finish my argument because of the huge amount of abuse I was receiving.
