Oh sweet I'll be downloading that when I get my lappy. I also bought a book on HTML/CSS and another on SEO tonight.
Here's that link to XAMPP apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html it is a bundle of server software so you can experiment with html, php, and mysql without putting it on a live server.
