Biography:

It seems obvious that we are here with some purpose in mind. It may be a little late, but I've just now learned how to ask (maybe) the right questions. I desperately WANT to be! and to be the BEST I can be. Well, and that probably won't happen overnight, but it may not happen during the day, either; so let's double down and try all the time.

When I was 21, I had a near-fatal car wreck. The subsequent OOBE taught me a lot. At age 30 (?), I had an automatic OOBE which took me to visit a lady I had just met and whom I did not trust. She was lying in bed with her husband. As I stood at the foot of her bed, she sat up and we "communed." Time was irrelevant. The flow between us reassured me that she could be trusted and that we would be friends, which we are to this day. The next day or so, when she saw me, she began to quiz me about my middle-of-the-night visit. "What were you doing in my house the other night?" she asked casually. "What do you THINK I was doing?" I replied with a question. Her description of my visit was exactly as I had experienced the event. "But how did you get into my apartment?" she asked. "Anita, I was not in my body. I was in spirit." "Oh..." she said.

In the years since then I have slowly moved away from nominal Christianity and find myself a confirmed student who neither has nor desires religion.

I have never induced an OBE, but I think I shall -- and soon.
