I've always had good dream recall. I think the main thing is to be consistent, and write everything down right away. I normally try to wake right after the dream to jot down as many notes as possible. Even if it is 4am, I still force myself to scribble away in the dark. I have the most success with WBTB/ WILD. I WBTB a few times per week, try to WILD about once per week, and WILD with galantamine/choline about once per month.
Hey there! Just wanted to say that I loved your Dream Journal. Very inspiring , feels like a story....a good one. Although , I do find it very surprising that you are able to recall dreams in such a detailed way. How do you do it? and which method do you use to lucid dream?
