Thread: Recurring Nightmare. Advice appreciated

Hey everyone, I've been looking for some help and/or advice on a dream I've been having almost every night for the past 3 or so months. I used to have it a lot as a young-teen too, and I've asked for advise on another forum a while back when they first started re-appearing. they've been a lot more consistent lately,

Basically how it goes is I'm tied to a chair, in a room. The room itself is dark, and all I can see is the face of another person, female, always different. The only thing they all have in common is that both of their cheeks are sliced open, all the way from the cheekbone to the mouth. She's about 5 feet away. I cant ever look away from her. Random things happen. Noises, the sensation of someone touching my neck / face/ arm, or something running across my feet, just, everything.

Every time I look to see what that noise was, or that movement in the corner of my eye, or that thing touching my arm, my gaze always almost-immedietly is fixed back on her. Except she is always a few inches closer. It always, without fail, gets to the point where all I can see is her eyes, and then I wake up.
