I dream everyy night....PLS HELP

I dream every night and My dream are so scary , I can't sleep anymore. I am trying to understand my dream but I can't. My dream are always scary and weird , I dream about blood ,sadness, devil , being alone , about ocean , murder , orphan ,dead, thief and end of the world . I dream the most is aboutt someone trying to kill me or to my family and see alote of blood around the room. One of the scariest dream is about a man killing someone with the knife and I try to do something but I cant'move. Please somebody help me because I can't sleepp and I hate my dream and my dream make me so upset and sad.

First.. relax Perhaps try recognizing your dream signs. You know what you're dreaming about every night, these are recurring dreams. Throughout the day and especially as you drift off to sleep, picture some of the scenes and affirm to yourself "I am dreaming. This is a dream". Picture yourself aware within those dreams - aware that you are dreaming, and imagine that for a while. Next time you find yourself in those dreams, hopefully you will now become aware that it is just a dream, and you can choose to change the dream scene into anything, or just laughing at it.. Nothing can hurt you..
