      Please Help !

Im starting to get really scared. And please do not say I'm crazy, I came for advice not criticism. Every single night this year I have had a re-occuring dream. That dream involves me sitting at a bench with my family after school. Its blurry but I remember everything is some shade of brown. The bench is at a train station. The bus from my school usually arrives around mid-dream and a bunch of schoolkids I know come off and stand at the train station. One boy I especially remember is called Harley, from my school. He always stands at the same spot on the other side of the train station. I remember I always feel cold and scared in my dream, though Im unsure why. Each night, The train goes past me and my family and continues on the road. After its passed, I usually just wake up. Last night, for the first time, the dream changed. At the very end, I glanced at the train tracks and Harley was standing in the centre, with no attempt to escape. The train came speeding and hit him. It went blurry and I woke up.

IT GETS SCARIER: (These strange happenings may affect..)
      1. I see the number 11 everywhere. All year. Research 'seeing the number 11' to see what I go through.
      2. Whenever I wake up from these dreams, I see ghost-like figures. Like Black shadows.
      3. This may or may not be irrelevant, but Ive started being scared all the time and I always have the feeling someone's watching me.

First you need to relax and calm down, remind yourself that dreams can never hurt you. It is natural for dreams to cause strong emotions, and some times the emotions don't even connect to the dream itself, so you can have dreams that feel scary but when you think about it logically you know there is nothing to be scared about.

For starters you probably see thousands of numbers a day, and you don't pay attention to any of them. For some reason you are picking up on 11, and even though it probably isn't occurring any more often than any other random number, you are focusing on it. It might just because you are looking for it, and so you see it. I can assure you that you are not seeing it more than any other number, you are just noticing it more often. It really doesn't mean anything.

Secondly, it is normal to see things after waking up. Some times people enter sleep paralysis and continue seeing dream like images. You might see those things with or without experiencing sleep paralysis. Just keep in mind, if you ever see anything directly after waking up, there is a strong chance its caused by your mind still partly being asleep.

Now I don't know what is causing the last issue, but everyone experiences the sensation of being watched some time. If it happens only occasionally then its perfectly normal, especially if it is happening in places you are not used to being at. However it is possible, if it happens all the time, it might be from some sort of anxiety disorder.
