      Weird Dreams | Permanent Night

      Hi
Since past few months I have a issue. As I remember, My dreams content turns weird and it's always night!
I mean, My dreams are always happen in night or in a room without light!
Content is weird, too! Empty city, Demon Captured Me(Or somebody talk about them in dream), Being Dead... .
I really missed my colorful dream

I'm sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing a bit about yourself and what's currently going on with your life? Maybe there's something in real life that's affecting your dreams? But, you know, sometimes it's just a dream-phase. Either way, here's hoping that your colourful dreams come back soon!

I'm a 18 year old boy and like anyone else I have some problems in my life. Some of them are a very long family issue and recently relationship issue. Years ago I got depressed by my problems but now i'm somehow dealing with them and i'm not saying i'm very good but i'm okay, Not too bad to see such dreams.

I'm glad to know you're dealing with your issues, that's definitely important, I've had my fair share of letting depression get to me, so good for you! As for your dreams, as I said, sometimes it really is just a phase. I'm currently having a dream recall problem, even though I usually remember about three dreams every night, sometimes even more... it just happens, I guess.

This dark dreams decreased my interest in lucid dreams. Last night I was aware that i'm dreaming but it was unpleasant still

I don't know how well you can control your dreams, but you could try changing it to something more pleasant next time you realise you're dreaming. I find it easier to get things done in a lucid dream when I have goals, so maybe this could help you too? For example, think of a nice place that you'd like to visit in a dream, write it down as one of your lucid dream goals... and next time you find yourself in a dream, try to find that place! This could be the way of getting rid of those dark dreams, you know?
