Unhappy Will it ever stop and what is it?

I frequently have this dream they usually only ever happen when I'm lucid, so everything is fine at first, just in a dream world doing things, then suddenly I may just false awaken into my bed, and as soon as I try and move, all these horrifying sounds start screaming at me and I sometimes even violently shake or feel something touching me (It could be like this really loud demon dog barking, or a girl screeching words, or really heavy wind with things moving around in my room), I then realize what's happening and I try and stay as still as possible, when I do this it generally is a lot more calm, I usually just hear really heavy wind, but then suddenly I get pulled out from my bed and like launched across the room and I see a few things as I am going across, like a dead girl who was sat on my bed. Then I false awaken again in my bed, this time it felt more normal then I started hearing something like a glass rolling across the hard floor and it wouldn't stop, then I started screaming as loud as I can, I couldn't wake up, ten seconds I eventually woke.

This keeps happening, I'll be in my own room in my bed, and the more I struggle the worse it gets, the sounds are unexplainable, it really feels like I'm in hell and in a room full of the most fucked up demons, the sounds haunt me when I wake up and sometimes stops me from falling asleep again.

This happens sometimes daily to weekly, it's been happening for months, it won't stop. It's really affecting me, I'm not as afraid as I was when it first started happening but I feel like they just get worse and worse.

It feels like sleep paralysis because I find it hard or sometimes impossible to move or get out of the dream, but It's usually I'm too afraid to move because of what I can hear and feel in my room.

This sure sound like a SP, but that not important really. So let's try aim for the root of the problem. As you mentioned, the problem gets more intense the more you struggle with it. The mind actually works like a Chinese finger trap, if you been trying one of those before. The more you struggle to get out of the trap, the tighter it becomes. So what you need to do, is to get into your scary experience and really examine what is going on during that moment. Face the monsters and noices that occurs, and just let them do their worst to you, and see what happens. I will get you a hint about what might happen if you do this . If you really accept this idea and just let yourself to examine all this scary stuff, to see how scary this can get. Then the mind will be prepared to face all this scary happenings, wich make it calmer. And as soon as your mind gets calmer, then it wont have access to your most intense feelings of fear, wich it needs to produce the scariest experiences. So by feeling excited to face your fears and get to learn something from it. That in itself will lower the chances for you to even have anything scary happen to you.

Well I hope this will end your scary nights, and replace them with some sweet dreams instead. If there is something you woundering about, then feel free to ask. Good luck to you!
