Thread: How Come I Don't Have Nightmares?

i havnt had a nightmare in a while. i remember being a kid and waking up wih my heart pounding, i would be like running from some guy with a gun or someting, but nothing recent.

I haven't had nightmares either in a very long time and I had some odd ones during my childhood which I still remember. One was surfaces, it was really weird and the other one was just a warning sign blinking )

Maybe it's my daily one hour meditations for one year now that have expanded my awareness but leaps and bounds. But don't remember having nightmares before that either. Odd.
