      Nightmares: Non-existant

      Just curious why I havent had a nightmare in like 10 years (Im 22). I've had one or more dreams about the following during those years:

      -Stabbed my father
      -Stabbed my brother
      -Strangled cats
      -Killed babies
      -Raped women
      -Sniped people
      -Shot people
      -Knifed people
      -Beaten people to death
      -Executed people (military style)

      None have really been a "nightmare". In fact, the only dreams that made me feel terrible afterwards was the cat-strangling dreams and the dream in which I stabbed my father and brother, but I woulnd't call them nightmares...
      As for the other dreams, I was unaffected or even enjoyed it (I enjoy my killing dreams). And no, Im not a diagnosed psychopath so skip that crap. Why don't I have nightmares and most importantly, why do I have these dark dreams? I haven't had a bad childhood or anything (it was great) and I haven't been thru anything traumatic - I just don't like people.

      Do you wake up straight from the dreams? Or do you continue sleeping? I shot and stabbed people in dreams before too, no one I know but still I don't think killing people in dreams is uncommon.

      I only remember/experience dreams I have in the morning, and I always wake up after I've had/experienced them. Never in my life have I remembered or experienced a dream and just kept on sleeping.

      And yeah, rage-dreams are common.

      wow , i never dreamt that i killed anybody ....in fact i am always the one being chased. But in my real life i've always been mistreated and hurt. Maybe you are not a diagnosed psychopath , you're not diagnosed yet! hehe just kidding , you gotta admit all those dreams about killing your family , don't u find it odd? you have a lot of hatred in you and in your dreams you release your anger with violance apperantly. Maybe on the same day they annoyed you and you thought to your self GGoood i can just kill him , we all think that , so maybe your head played a little further. just hope you don't sleep walk it might get nasty

      About violant , rage dreams, i do have rape dreams where i was the rapest, in fact , most of my frustration is released in violant sex in my dreams...by or on me. I once dreamt that i raped my dad (haven't seen him in years and i hate him) and it wasn't a nightmare as well just found it odd in the morning specially since i din't know girls could rape like that haha

      About your nightmares...people have nightmares because of their life , thei problems and their stress. Apperantly you release yours so ur subconcious is clear and is not suffering or trying to show you uncomfort.
      I don't see why you want to have ones...when i get mine and they're quite often i wake up with an aweful feeling the day after , my body aches i am in this shitty mood. Be thankful u don't have ones
