Thread: Memories from my childhood?

You have lost someone close and it has been a shock to the system.

Iono... guess it's something you want to be real? How you cope or something maybe...

When my grandpa died, like a month later, I had a dream of him. We were at some family reunion, and everybody was sad about his death... But he was standing right there! Smiling to me. And I was thinking "Why is everybody sad? Grandpa is right there and happy!" I woke up thinking WTF... *scratches head*

The old house is round the corner from where I live, thats the only way I could tell I was in her house because inside it had the same layout that my house used to have. I went with my cousin in my dream, my nan answered the door and she wasn't herself. She was fussing over every little thing about me, how i looked, how my education is going and so on. Which was never really like her. I left my nan's house and then I went with a group of people to a music shop. The people I went with I have never seen in my life. If it wasn't like her then why was she behaving like that in your dream? I think it's you looking for attention or interest from the kind of person you Nan was for you.

I'm wondering what I'm missing here as I feel I should be able to make more of this. Perhaps it would help if you gave more information about how you felt at different times during your dream.

well i can't remember how i felt all in all but i had the dream again.
i felt like i wanted to cry for alot of it. felt down, depressed, like i wanted to hide away. and i felt useless.
Any ideas?

People often get dreams like that when someone close dies! I had those too but now they seem to be gone. Some ppl say that it may also be the dead ppl trying to talk with you! who knows... one things for sure: u had a lot of peine when your nan died and that's y u dream of her!
