      Lucid nightmare(s)

I don't know what's going on, this is like idk.....12th time or so that I had this kind of nightmare (Thoo this time it's different) before I had lucid nightmares every single day for about 8 days and they would start like this : I would wake up (Checking if it's a dream, fails it's reality) whenever I would go back to sleep I would fall asleap and then wake up feeling wild sensations (Thoo they are quite more intence and painfully) I could move and get out of bed but the tiredness is too overwhelming and forcing me back to bed where they would keep on untill I lied still and I felt like my soul was ripped out of my body then dragged away FAST and then I would go into a really short lucid dream that I couldn't control one bit but it was usually scary then after a bit I would wake up again in same pose, could move again but tiredness overwhelming while in all feeling WILD sensations and then was forced lucid again and so on for about 12 times(No matter how much I pleaded "STOP! PLEASE!" it would keep on, and after that random amount of times it would stop (When I was already scared I would die and everything) and it kept on every night the same way, it stoped after a few days (1 week+) and now (After quite some time) it happened again thoo this time it was different I just fell asleap normaly and didn't wake up but I went into a lucid dream and this time my eye vision was way weird (Off, different, not normal) during the whole dream (Even when standing which was most I got to) I would feel WILD sensations quite uncomfortable and then when I stood up I would be forced to "Awaken" back into my bed, still feeling WILD sensations and my vision way off(1st person but it was weird) and I would stand up again and be forced to reawaken in another one (And so on for so long that I started pleading for it to stop again and after pleading it to stop for about 5 "Turns" I woke up normaly, I almost started crying and I said "It's not funny..." then I feel back asleap, scared it would happen again but it didn't.

Do they have any meaning? They are really not nice and they are quite scary TwT

Hey! Just signed up on this site, lots of cool stories here.
I do have to tell you straight off, what you are having is a night terror or sleep paralysis. When you sleep, your body can't move. You are truely NOT becoming lucid as you saw you are. because you do not have real control, your mind is playing tricks on you due to you being unable to move.

This is the whole reason i learned to lucid dream, was to get rid of night terrors.
Most countries have their myth as to what they are, like a devil, a demon, a rapist, a dead grandmother, ect...

A trick is to use a nightlight, that can be viewed from bed. So when your eyes open and you are asleep you can see the light and be like "ok this is a dream" and actually wake up, or if you are a good lucid dreamer, be able to remove all the bad stuff and enter a normal lucid dream.
