I've had apocalyptic dreams for as long as I can remember and they've all been different but there is one recurring element... my father's eventual death. He's still alive, thankfully, but for some reason my nightmares center around this event. I'm convinced that my dad's death will coincide with some major global event.
my most recent nightmare scarred me on a religious level too. I was raised Catholic, but then I realized that God goes by many names and is too complex for any one ideology to accurately portray or define. So now I'm agnostic, but I'm convinced that God does exist so I don't know what I classify as. But I digress from my dream.
so my father's house has an arizona room, and some assailant has just assaulted my father. I had a choice to chase after the assailant but decided to be with my father in his last moments. I forget what my father was telling me, but over his shoulder I was able to read a calendar that told me that saints were to visit me from 2010 to 2015, and my role in armageddon was to be a witness.
before this dream, I had nightmares about the world flooding after my dad's death, a nuclear holocaust at my father's funeral, golden light bringing the rapture with explosive force, blackholes, evil scientists attacking, aliens coming and taking everyone away, and I even dreamt about the Large Hadron Collider over 10 years before it existed. These are just some of my apocalyptic dreams, not counting the ones that I can't think of at the moment.
