Please help me stop this dream person

First post....please forgive mistakes. For the last 29 years a female, that physically/verbally attacked me in 1980, keeps reoccurring in my dreams 2-3 times/week. I haven't seen this person for 28 years and I don't even know if she is still alive. (This person was a coworker, not my mom.) Is this post traumatic stress disorder, a demonic spell (yes, she was that evil), or something else? Sometimes she is there to attack me but other times she is just observing me or m family. What can I do to stop this evil person from being in my dreams? Thank you for helping me.

Sorry, Liz again.....I forgot to post that although I can control many of my dreams if they involve falling or something dangerous (tigers, men with guns and etc...) I have never been able to tell this evil female to get out of my dreams and never come back.

It may be that you are maintaining a strong emotional link to this person, by which you draw her to you when you are dreaming. Could be worth a try to visualize yourself physically cutting this link and casting her adrift - visualize her being sucked back into the distant past as you do this. Every time you think of her IRL practice doing this. Different techniques work for different people, so I am sure there are many other things worth trying too.

I've had this experience too, and eventually I befriended that DC so that when they show up, I know to go lucid. The next time you see them, you need to accept their existence, the dream is trying to remind you that you cannot always completely control the evil of others.
